At Believer, we stand by the quality of every piece we create. Your satisfaction means everything to us — if something doesn’t feel right, we’ll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Sale items or limited-edition drops are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
We currently offer exchanges for the same item only, based on stock availability.
If your preferred size is sold out, we’ll issue a full refund instead.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at apparelsbeliever@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund it immediately.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service — Believer is not responsible for lost returns.
